“Just to let everyone know what great service we consistently receive from Penwell. Fairly recently we had a loose object strike us that took flight from a tractor-trailer we were passing on the Interstate. Very fortunately we were all just fine, but the level of damage to our vehicle was in excess of the vehicle’s value, so it was declared a total loss. At the outset, we advised Penwell of the incident, and Christy Spalding, Penwell’s Claims Manager held our hand thru the entire ordeal.
